Production and Delivery Time
How long does it take for my chair to be produced and delivered?
We craft each chair locally and in small batches. Production starts as soon as we reach a minimum batch of 10 chairs. Once the batch is complete, please allow 1–2 months for production. After production, delivery typically takes 1–3 weeks within Switzerland.
Shipping outside Switzerland: We currently only ship within Switzerland. If you’re outside Switzerland and interested in our chairs, feel free to contact us, and we’ll check what is possible.

How Can I Return My Order?
You can return your order. Before sending the package back, please:
- Fill out our contact form using the same name and email address you used to place the order.
- Include your address and the reason for return (e.g., damaged on delivery, incorrect quantity, etc.).
- Enclose a note with your name and email address inside the package.

Can I adjust or cancel an order after placing it?
If we have not yet processed or shipped your order, we can usually accommodate changes or cancellations. Please email us at info@2lemon.ch as soon as possible, and we will do our best to help.
I Just Placed an Order. How Do I Know It Was Successful?
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Absolutely. Once your order and payment are complete, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or reach out to us so we can make sure everything went through correctly.
What Is the Recommended Weight Limit?
Our deck chairs are designed for a maximum load of 100 kg. Exceeding this limit may damage the chair or cause personal injury.
Can Children Use the Chair Safely?
Children can use the chair under adult supervision only. The chair is intended for one adult at a time. It is not a toy—avoid letting children stand or jump on it.
How Should I Care for and Maintain My Chair?
- Regular Checks: Ensure all screws and bolts remain tightly fastened.
- Fabric Care: Gently clean the upcycled parachute or paraglider fabric with a soft brush or cloth using lukewarm water and mild soap. Do not use bleach or solvent-based cleaners.
- Wood Care: Wipe the wooden frame with a damp cloth; use a mild wood cleaner if needed. Consider applying wood oil or sealant yearly or as needed.
- Proper Storage: Store the chair indoors or under shelter to protect it from prolonged sun, rain, or snow exposure. Allow it to dry completely before folding away.
- Avoid Sharp Objects: Keep keys or tools away from the fabric to prevent punctures.
Can I Leave My Chair Outside?
Our deck chairs are designed for occasional outdoor use but are not meant to remain outside permanently. Like parachutes and gliders, the fabric and wooden frame can be damaged by prolonged exposure to intense sunlight, rain, or snow. To prolong its life, store it in a cool, dry place when not in use.
Is the Chair Fire-Resistant?
No. The fabric and wooden frame have no fire-retardant treatment. Keep the chair away from open flames, heat sources, lit cigarettes, fireworks, grills, or campfires.
What If My Chair Is Damaged?
If the wooden frame or fabric is damaged, please contact us at info@2lemon.ch. We’ll assess whether it can be repaired and discuss any associated costs.
